The ACAI provincial meeting took place on May 2nd at Red Deer Polytechnic to great success! Many thanks to the outgoing steering committee members and to the Library staff from Red Deer Polytechnic, especially Caitlin Ratcliffe, for all of their organizational work… and for the breaktime tea and coffee! Highlights from the event included:

In addition to the wonderful program, this event saw a change in the steering committee, with new members replacing founding members. The incoming steering committee members (Dustin Grue, Geneve Champoux, Lauren Cross, Leeanne Morrow, Bronwen Wheatley, and Bibek Dahal) thank the outgoing steering committee members (Margaret Toye, Beatriz Moya, Marg Olfert, Sheryl Boisvert, and Sarah Elaine Eaton) for all of their work over the past four years as well as their support in this transition!
The incoming steering committee members look forward to connecting with ACAI’s working groups in the near future, and to maintaining their connections with British Columbia representative Tod Denham and Manitoba representative Brenda Stoesz.
